All language Translator is an awesome app dedicated to translating writing words, sentences or phrases to any language from international languages to local ones, I found this app very useful because it possesses all the needed attribute for learning a new language, on this app you can translate a simple word “HI” or a full sentence ” what is your name” to over one thousand local and international languages, all language translator has an integrated voice output feature that pronounces  words or sentences, with this feature its easier to learn how to communicate verbally with the new language.
Here is a simple illustration on how to use ALL LANGUAGE TRANSLATOR, you probably want to learn to write or pronounce “HELLO” in Portuguese, simple open your all language translator app type “HELLO” on the English column of the app and select Portuguese on the other column, click on the play button to get the translation, you can equally click on the audio button to get the translated “HELLO” pronounced/ voiced out

Doulingo is a multi lingue learning app that takes you through the journey of learning new languages, with its simple user interface coupled with the combination of visual and audio teaching skills, making the learning process fun and simpler for both verbal and visual inclined learners, you can choose the basic option if you are a total novice on the language or choose the placement test if you know some of that language

However Doulingo only offer lessons on  international languages like French, Spanish,China etc, so if you are  to learn local languages  this app is not for you,

Doulingo is a free Educational platform, its offered on free basis with ads as their primary source of revenue, however one to migrate to the plus plan which cost 10USD monthly or 7USD monthly for an annual plan, the plus plan offers an ad-free learning, the ability to save lessons online and a form of support for the free education initiative..

3.MEMRISE

Memrise is another awesome language learning tool/app, like doulingo, memrise is equipped with visual and audio learning technique, simply select your desired language and you are good to go,

Memrise is a full premium program, therefore at a point, you will need to purchase the premium plans for more advanced features, including access to grammabots, live chat with international membots, learning with videos of native speakers etc, the premium plan cost not  more than 7USD monthly

Note that the apps above use internet connection, so get yourself a good data subscription, with the combination of these apps you are good to go with acquiring a new language.
